Good on you! Let me know how you get on. Many students are now keen to use video to record the choreography and in general I do not have a problem with this if they have already learned the dance from me. However, I did discover one ex-pupil who was teaching one of my dances (very badly!) pretending it was her own choreography. The nature of flamenco is that all individuals take steps and incorporate them into their own dances, which is fine, and part of the oral tradition, but I am not sure how to guard against whole dances being "re-used" like this. Perhaps I should just not mind at all and be flattered that people want to pretend it's their own! How do others feel about this?

Hi Sandra, love the Blog. i am trying to write down the choreographies I learn. The person who develops a system can take it to the bank.
I am putting together a help book for beginners and working on that problem.
